Let finish February with drinks & dinner on a Thursday evening out at a newish and lost tradition, revived American restaurant, the Chase – followed by dinner at Hunter.  The dinner is aimed for the carnavoir in us and offers the best wild ingredients like bison, boar and rabbit from North America and Australia.   Wildlife hunting is a thriving tradition in the history of America and is being introduced to Hong Kong by San Diego native Executive Chef Felipe Lopez.

We will start off with a drink on the outdoor patio, 3/floor of the Chase then move to the Hunter restaurant on the 4/floor of the L Place.

Happy Hour drinks from 5-8pm for standard wine, beer & spirits at $58 + 10% on the outdoor patio, 3/floor the Chase.

Followed by dinner at the Hunter, a more upscale, modern and elegant dining experience with a specialization on the game and wild-caught dishes to tantalize our tastbuds.

This will be a pay-as-you go on the evening, however we do ask you to please register or RSVP to us by  Tuesday, 26 Feb, so we can secure the correct numbers for our table reservation!
