Song of Spring: Pan Yu-Lin in Paris is sponsored exclusively by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, and represents the second instalment in Asia Society Hong Kong Center’s 20th Century Chinese Female Artist Series.  The exhibition is free to enter and only in Hong Kong until 6 January 2019.

Belonging to the first generation of Chinese students to study fine arts in France, Pan Yu-Lin (aka Pan Yuliang, 1895-1977) was a pioneer in modernizing Chinese art with western painting at a time when it was rare for women to achieve independent careers as professional artists.

We will spend approximately one-hour strolling and viewing Pan Yu-Lin's work (as the gallery will close at 8pm) then walk over to the AMMO restaurant for a causal dinner, drink and chat.

AMMO , short for Asia, Modern, Museum and Original, is an award-winning, contemporary tapas bar and restaurant located in the stunning heritage site of a former 19th century explosives compound.

We will meet at the Chantal Miller Gallery entrance at 5:00pm, then spend approximately one-hour viewing Pan Yu-Lin's works.

Then a short walk to the AMMO restaurant, where we can enjoy a causal dinner and drink togther, discussing Pan Yu-Lin's work.

Dinner and drinks are pay-as-you-go, no prepayment necessary.

Mozaic will make a dinner reservation, please join us or RSVP by Monday, 17 December 2018, so we know how many will come.
