The training will be held at the Mindful Wing Chun School in On Lan Street. You will learn how Wing Chun is more than just an outstanding self-defence form of martial arts but also a method that helps balance the body and mind leading to deeper relaxation and a pain-free and stress-free way of life. It is recommended for everyone regardless of age, gender, or physical ability since it improves people’s way of life in so many ways. The style taught here was inspired by and is based on the teachings of Grandmaster Chu Shong-tin.

Once the class is complete and you’ve worked up an appreciable appetite, then everyone heads down the road to Dot Cod, in the basement of Prince's Building, where a choice of a full-English breakfast or eggs benedict, or a vegetarian option, awaits you.
