Hong Kong has a rich traditional history of sports. From the dawn of the 20th Century, the city has embraced sports of all kinds, hosting several world-class tournaments that serve as a platform for the biggest athletes in the world. 


Every year, the city’s sporting culture grows, and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down. It’s ingrained in such a way that the city attracts passionate sports fans from across the globe for various events! HK Tennis Open


Hong Kong Tennis Open, 6-14 October 2018:

Witness US Open Champion and rising star Naomi Osaka… one of the many top-seeded women to compete for glory on Hong Kong soil. The 8-day event will take place in the iconic Victoria Park Stadium. Over 50 of the world’s top women players will compete in singles and doubles action.


Hong Kong World Sixes


Hong Kong World Sixes 2018, 26-28 October 2018: 

A tournament that started small and has grown significantly, the Hong Kong Sixes tournament this year will see 12 of the world’s top teams battle it out through 3 days in the Kowloon Cricket Club. The tournament promises to be non-stop action and excitement in one of the most thrilling quick forms of the game. 


Hong Kong Open Badminton Championship


Hong Kong Open Badminton Championship, 13–18 November 2018:

The Hong Kong Open Badminton Championship is one of the top 15 sanctioned competitions in the Badminton world. With a prize of $400,000, witness over 200 of the world’s best male and female players as they compete in singles, doubles and mixed doubles action. The competition is set to bring the cream of the crop in the sport to Hong Kong. So don't miss it!


Hong Kong Golf Open


Hong Kong Open, 22-25 November 2018:

First held in 1959, the Hong Kong Open is the oldest sporting competition in the city’s history. It’s famously called the ‘jewel in the crown’ of Asian Golf. The prestigious tournament has been won by major world champions of the past. Witness the best golfers in the world in action this Hong Kong Open!
